Who are they and what do they do? A tannery worker does preparatory and auxiliary work in the tannery.

What are the activities of the job? Skin and hide cleaning, washing and drying pelts, moistening leather, curing skin by salting, dying and printing leather, coating, pasting and ironing of leather products, marking parts for further processing, etc.

Where is it done and under what conditions? In tanneries, where dirt, smells, and contact with chemical substances must be taken into account.
