Who are they and what do they do? The prefab construction worker assembles reinforced concrete modules and other parts of prefabricated structures.

What are the activities of the job? Assembly of prefabricated structures, including bridges, public stands in stadiums, sluice gates etc. The modules are usually joined by pouring concrete, by steel joints or by welding.

Where is it done and under what conditions? On construction sites. The environment may be dirty and dusty and work at a height and variable weather conditions must be expected.

What tools/equipment do they use? Hand tools, lifting equipment, concrete mixer or ready mixed concrete.

What do you need to succeed? You need an apprenticeship, the ability the react quickly and manual skills.
