What are the activities of the job? Sorting out and checking consignments that have arrived in the post office and preparation of those consignments for further dispatch, transfer of postal orders, cash settlement with the postmen/women, work in collection centres, etc.

Where is it done and under what conditions? Behind the scenes at a post office.

What tools/equipment do they use? Pen, post office rubber stamps and documentation.

What do you need to succeed? You need relevant vocational training, a systematic approach to work, arithmetic skills.
