What are the activities of the job? S/he mixes, cooks and beats dough containing flour, sugar, fats, butter and other ingredients, makes fillings and icings for it, shapes and assembles it, bakes and layers it etc. S/he does care and maintenance of the machines and equipment used.

Where is it done and under what conditions? In bakeries, which can be hot and steamy.

What tools/equipment do they use? Mixing machines, ovens and automatic production lines.

What do you need to succeed? You need vocational training.
