Who are they and what do they do? The airline clerk or ticket agent is responsible for tickets and other procedural matters concerning the flights.

What are the activities of the job? Booking tickets; canceling tickets; informing passengers about flight delays; informing passengers about the changes of plane they must make during the flight.

Where is it done and under what conditions? In airline offices and, more generally in the rooms and halls of an airport.

What tools/equipment do they use? Telephone, computer and other office equipment.

What do you need to succeed? You should graduate from upper secondary education. But it will also be useful to attend a school for airline clerks.
